a lazy weekend
Sep. 15th, 2003 09:03 amIt's been awhile since I've posted. Life got busy on me or I got off the computer or some combination of the two. :-)
Thursday night I went down to Santa Cruz for the English country dancing and had a really nice time. I wish there was still country dancing in downtown SJ so Russell and I could do it again but coming down to Santa Cruz once a month will do for now.
Friday I was suffering from insufficient sleep and heat and spent the day doing things but getting nothing done. I kept saying I needed a nap but never got one. I shopped early in the morning and bought Tombo tuna to grill... thank goodness it cooled off a bit come evening. I grilled some tiny summer squash I got at the farmer's market along with the fish. Yum!
( Okay, this got long, so I'm putting the weekend behind a tag )
Bloody cheapskates - "Your soul is worth £14570. For your peace of mind, 62% of people have a purer soul than you." Okay, it is a funny site. But I'm quite sure my soul is worth *lots* more than that!
Okay, that is totally sickening. The man who ditched his Air National Guard duty is now
Elite Force Aviator: George W. Bush - U.S. President and Naval Aviator - 12" Action Figure. I have to say that is an insult to all people who have stepped up to serve their country.
