rowanf | a quiet Sunday

Today Russell and I went and saw the movie The Hours. We both thought it was pretentious posing. Very literary. The sort of movie that impresses ernest college students at late night features. Not really what we were up for at all! I did think all three actresses were good as usual. It was the cinematic version of F&SF... all mood and pose and no story. And I am really Analog kind of person. I want plots. (Rivets are good ;-)

We came home and ate leftovers and spend a nice evening together. I'm actually catching up with Lj. :-)
