Do I write like a woman?

Playing with Gender Genie just for grins. It thinks my May 27th is overwhelmingly female and my May 6th entry is mostly male and my April 28th is 572 female to 557 male which I read as pretty neutral. In general my entries are mostly overwhelmingly female or close to parity. (I tested a lot more of my longer blog entries, I'm a geek.)

I'm not sure I buy that pronouns and determiners are so indicative, but it is interesting. This came up because some of the wow_ladies were talking about whether one can tell gender from ingame chat. What do you think?

I don't know that I think the Gender Genie's algorithm is the best way for a human to tell, but from experience in other MMORPGs, it's often, but not always fairly easy for me to tell if a female character is being played by a female player. It's not anywhere near as easy for me to tell if a male character is being played by a male player, and WoW is played by a larger, more diverse base than Meridian was, so I'm not sure if my sense of things applies there.
