Diet notes for myself

I realized today that Fatsecret does monthly averages

April Daily Average:
Exercise: 2921kcal
Food: 1246kcal
(Fat: 92.99g, Protein: 87.02g, Carbs: 14.70g)

May Daily Average:
Exercise: 2893kcal
Food: 1266kcal
(Fat: 94.97g, Protein: 83.87g, Carbs: 17.27g)

June Daily Average:
Exercise: 2948kcal
Food: 1300kcal
(Fat: 95.74g, Protein: 85.02g, Carbs: 27.04g)

July Daily Average:
Exercise: 2860kcal
Food: 1248kcal
(Fat: 97.38g, Protein: 69.76g, Carbs: 26.50g)

August Daily Average:
Exercise: 2815kcal
Food: 1193kcal
(Fat: 90.01g, Protein: 73.31g, Carbs: 26.72g)

I started in April, weighing about 220. By the first week in July I was hovering around 200. I'm about 193 now at the first of September. I'd like to be at 185 by the end of September but that may be overly ambitious. I should take some measurements and see how much circumference I've lost.
