Barium and other doings
Nov. 16th, 2007 08:19 pmOn Wednesday I had my barium swallow, which was a prety amazing high tech experience. I was very glad that my cold was finished in time for the stress on my gut of swallowing all that barium though. I'll report more once I hear about results.
On Thursday
mr_kurt and I had lunch with a fellow Second Life member Chenin Abuki. I had met him at SLCC and we had discovered we were both in the Palo Alto area during the day. He made the amazing science fiction sim that I took pictures of awhile back. Now his company is also doing medieval armor. He gave me a suit of golden plate armor! I can't wait to show it to my fellow jousters on Sunday. Thursday night we had a great chorus practice.
Friday I had another heating company come by for a bid. We'll decide soon who we'll go with... but we're replacing our floor furnace with forced air. How amazing is that?
