of colds and my art opening

I seem to have gotten the grunge that is going around. I went to work on Thursday despite a head cold (we're way too busy to take off) but I called and said I couldn't docent on Friday. Bleah. It did give me a lot more time to prepare for my Second Life art opening which was good because the grid was very unstable! Folks who can't come inworld to see the show can come by http://www.conjure.com/spacegallery/ to see all but one of the pieces from the show. Somehow I don't have one of my favorites on my laptop so I couldn't add it to the web listing. Oh well. It is the one that is behind my spacesuit picture in an earlier Lj post so you've mostly seen it anyway.

I am supposed to rehearse today and dance in a hafla tomorrow. We'll see. I may have to admit that the germies have won and I should be a hermit rather than cough at everyone. *sigh* It would help if I felt a touch worse... I'm feeling *almost* functional!
